Meet Danny Morgan


Educated to Masters level in Strength and Conditioning and as one of the two UKSCA Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coaches in York, Danny Morgan can help sports people and athletes of all abilities and ages to improve their strength, speed, agility, power or endurance to make them more competitive in their chosen competition. Danny is also a very experienced and highly qualified personal trainer who has worked with people from all walks of life to reach their goals. This could vary from decreasing body fat or dress size, increased muscle mass or improving health and well-being. Danny prides himself on being professional and diligent, making sure he does everything he can to help you. Although very approachable and friendly, Danny knows how to motivate and push you to become the best you can be.

I have served for 12 years in the Royal Air Force as a Physical Training Instructor, a very varied role that has taken me all over the world. During this time I have helped males and females of all ages and abilities to achieve their fitness goals. These have varied from competing at high-level sport, training for an event (eg London marathon), losing body fat, increasing muscle mass, injury prevention, injury rehabilitation and general health and well being. I believe in constant personal development, so I have continued to learn and develop wherever possible. My experiences and education has left me feeling very confident that I can help anyone to make the changes that they desire. 

As well as taking great pride and passion in helping people, I am also a keen sportsman. I love playing and watching most sports, most notably rugby where I have played for Yorkshire and South England at Rugby League and represented the RAF at Rugby Union.
